Version 1.15 August 22, 1991
Rewrote O.R.M. autopilot to fuction differently. Original version had
a bug that allowed access to sector 0. While fixing it I decided I
didn't like it's function.

than 30,000 units to do negative drone damage.

Fixed bug that allowed fines to "wrap" to negative in some situations.
Fixed bug that allowed fighters & mines to exceed maximums (or wrap)
using the "Take All" function.

Fixed bug that was introduced in Version 1.12 that stopped the counter
on the Ultimate Nullifier and thus prevented the game from being won!
Fixed No Report on death by blackhole in newspaper.
Replaced "Old" routine on Anti-Warping Mines with the current version

Stopped Federation Sector from building up after Earth was taken.

Revamped idea on Shareware Vs. Registered versions.
Each update will have a corresponding Shareware version in which most
of the new and some of the old devices and functions are Locked Out.
This way bug fixes and updates get incorporated but there are still
reasons to get the Registered versions.

Changed Quantum Credits to 5 digits instead of 6.
Fixed bug: Macro Computer didn't reset on ships death.
LOTTERY added to CONFIG.AUU so that the Lottery can be disable or extended.
